After graduating from Syracuse University, I began my career on Wall Street at JP Morgan where four years taught me some handy analytical and organizational skills, and what I didn’t want to do the rest of my working life. So I moved to Boston and pivoted to an entrepreneurial track, working at, founding, and investing in companies in all the places my family and I have lived in, including Silicon Valley, Nashville, Boston, Jackson Hole, Florida and Utah.

I attribute any success I’ve had to learning from failure, and learning how to distill simplicity from complexity. I’m also a passionate musician, the host of the “Locally Grown” podcast and blog… and still trying to build successful companies from scratch!
